Sweet Charlie is 1! I cannot believe his first year package has come to an end. 🥹 we didn’t get a chance to do newborn photos in his nursery but we did get to for these and I love them so much!

I hear it’s this little man’s FIRST birthday today! 🥹 capturing his first year was nothing short of incredible.

Whew. This mama did the dang thing! She not only looked incredible the whole time but she was strong and brave and fierce. She also had the best support system in the world by her side! Make sure you don’t miss the last slide of dads excitement. It’s the cutest thing ever. 🧡 welcome Earth side sweet Reese you are loved and cherished so much already! I can’t wait to watch you grow.

A cozy outdoor newborn session. 🧡🥹

This warmer weather has me itching for spring sessions! I cannot wait for everything this year has to offer for us.

Now that the snow is melting and it is above freezing (for the moment) I am so excited to start thinking about spring sessions and minis! This year I’m planning motherhood minis in stl and Columbia as well as spring family minis in both!

Really missing warm golden evenings right now! So so close to spring.

It’s your valentine calling. Only one more day to get them the best gift!

You know what makes a great gift that every woman/mom would love? A photoshoot this spring!

I think my love for city shoots has grown so much over the past year. But these three would make any l option adorable.

I met with my younger self today.
She was 30 minutes early because we were always late growing up and have always had anxiety about making people wait. I was on time because I’m working on healing that part of me.

She asked if we made it in life and figured out what we were going to do. I laughed and told her we are making it through but it was a journey to get here. I told her we went through a lot of small jobs to land into a career we love but never even thought could be possible. I explained to her that we get to freeze time for people and help them to remember how they felt in that time of their lives forever.

She asked if we married him.
I smiled big and told her yes and it’s been the most amazing time growing up together.

She asked if we ever had kids? I sighed and with tear filled eyes explained to her that Gods path for our family was a tough one but we make it out the other side and have just started a new path that we are hopeful about.

We laughed and we cried and at the end I gave her the biggest hug and told her that the journey she’s on isn’t always easy but its beautiful and only gets better.
